Tomorrow’s Pancake Day (Shrove Tuesday) and, thanks to Molly, I found the recipe for Jared’s Vegan Pancakes.
Add everything apart for milk to bowl and whisk, once mixed add as much almond milk as you like, heat pan and add oil, then add pancake mix, you can tell when its done because it makes little bubbles on the surface. then flip and wait for bubbles again, and that’s it! YUM!
Maple Syrup, Olive Oil and Almond Milk = Easy to get a hold of.
Everything else? PAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh, you’re killing me! Imagine being able to get buckwheat, vegan butter and egg substitute in Mexico.
No, really! That’s hilarious. I’m lucky almond milk is so friggin’ popular in the States - that’s the only reason I can get it here in Walmart.
So, yeah, I guess I won’t be eating vegan pancakes tomorrow unless anyone else has another recipe with easier-to-find ingredients they wanna send me.
